At Premier Homecare Services we are well aware that the quality of the service we provide is directly related to the quality of carer that we employ.
It is most important that are our service users are looked after by competent carers and that they are happy, safe and content in their own homes.
All prospective carers are vetted and subject to a DBS check prior to commencing employment. They must also supply two references prior to commencing work. All our care staff undergo a comprehensive Induction course and continual on-going training throughout their employment, as their role within the company develops.
